Validus is proud to be delivering Luke Nguyen’s newest restaurant, LUA, on behalf of Doltone Hospitality Group.

LUA will sit within the new Fish Markets development in Glebe, a precinct that is set to reshape Sydney’s harbour front dining scene. It’s an exciting project to be part of: one that brings together great design (by loop creative), great food and a great location.

LUA Restaurant will be everything people love about Luke Nguyen’s cooking: vibrant, fire-kissed flavours, sustainable Australian seafood and the energy and theatre of an open kitchen. With indoor and outdoor dining, LUA has been designed to feel welcoming and lively, with beautiful views across the water and out onto the ANZAC Bridge.
